Information for Alumni

The National Board of Directors would like to make this year's conference as smooth and efficient as possible. To facilitate this process, the Board has created this page to encourage as many alumni to participate as possible. Please refer to this page often as the rules, guidelines and information are subject to change as the event draws closer.

How do I register? How much is the fee?
The first step that alumni must complete is online registration. The registration will start off at $40 (plus any applicable registration fees) and will become progressively higher as the conference approaches. See the registration page for a complete breakdown on late fees.

Do graduating seniors need to pay for the National Conference?
Graduating seniors will still be considered undergrads since their Spring 2009 registration fees went towards the conference.

Which airport do I fly to? Where can I find nearby hotels?
Use the travel page as a reference for your lodging and travel needs. Book your flight and hotel reservations promptly as pricing and availability will change as the conference approaches.

Where are all the workshops/meetings located? What is the schedule?
Be sure to check the agenda page often and make note of any changes so you plan your day effectively. Use the campus map as a reference tool so that you may find your way around.

Will we need to provide our own lunch for the conference?
We will provide lunch at the conference so that we can keep everyone together during the lunch break. Attendees will be given lunch vouchers at the conference registration desk on Saturday morning.

Where are the Brotherhood events? Who can I contact?
Look over the time and place for the evening events in the socials page. Plan accordingly and make sure that you have reliable transportation. Tickets for the Conference party shall be given to brothers at the conference registration desk on Saturday morning during check in.

Where can I find other events and attractions?
Alumni accompanied by their families or who would like to review other activities can refer to the Fresno Visitor's Bureau page.
