Information for Vendors

The National Board of Directors would like to make this year's conference as fair and profitable for those chapters and organizations who wish to host a fundraiser during the National Conference. In that regard, everyone who wishes to sell t-shirts, clothing or any other Gamma paraphernalia must submit a copy of their design to our National Director of Public Relations, Juan Carlos Lopez, for proper approval.

This year there is no fee for groups wishing to sell at the conference. However, space is limited so reservations will only be assigned on a first come first served basis. Additionally, each design submitted must be unique and can not resemble anything that has already been submitted. Again, this is on a first come first served basis. A special link will be placed on the home page of the conference web site where we shall place the image and contact information for the particular group that is selling each product.
